We had such a great experience working with Stephanie Martin! She helped us plan our hotel, dinner reservations, and so many fun details that made our trip extra special in Disney world. Her communication was amazing sending us important information leading up to the trip and during the trip. One of the highlights was California Grill, where she got us some of the best seats in the restaurant to enjoy the Magic Kingdom fireworks. It was an unforgettable experience! I highly recommend her to everyone! she truly goes above and beyond!

Stephanie Martin was all details when it came to helping us plan our Disney Alaska Cruise. She exceeded Disney’s service by leaps and bounds and helped us every step of the way. She alerted us to important booking times, payments, concierge benefits, side-by-side stateroom bookings (opened veranda for our three families). She even arranged transport with the car seat installed and porter/driver to place the luggage directly plane side at the FBO in Vancouver. I can’t say enough great things about how professional, timely, and detailed she is. We will seek her assistance with all our family travel needs from here on out and highly recommend her if you want to be first in line for the coveted experiences. She makes mom travel magic!

Hannah was great to work with. I've been to WDW 8 previous times. Planning gets more challenging with each visit particularly as Disney changes it's ticketing policies (lightning Lane–single, multi and Premier of the virtual queue). She made it all easy. She listened to our goals and wants for her trip and put it altogether. I am sure we got better rooms both at Disney and Universal Studios then we might have otherwise. Have already passed on her contact information to family and friends. Would not hesitate to use Hannah again.
Disney would not have been possible without Hannah. I joked with my friends/family that you need a PHD to book a Disney trip these days. Hannah made the process seamless! Hannah helped our family and another family book a trip to Universal Orlando resort. She was awesome to work with! She helped us evaluate several options to find the right fit for our group and we had a fantastic time. Her recommendations were excellent. We even had a situation where our flight was delayed by a significant amount of time; she made some phone calls after 10PM her time to help us resolve some scheduling issues.
